摘要
为了研究道面改性聚酯纤维混凝土耐老化性能,在室内对聚酯纤维混凝土的碳化、抗太阳辐射与雨水能力、抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能进行了试验研究.结果表明:聚酯纤维混凝土的平均碳化深度比普通混凝土小;在光和水的作用下聚酯纤维混凝土不存在老化问题,聚酯纤维在混凝土中限制了硫酸盐侵蚀,提高了混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力.飞机尾喷气流对道面作用最高温度为178.2℃,小于聚酯纤维的熔点,不会对聚酯纤维产生破坏,故道面改性聚酯纤维混凝土能满足道面的耐久性要求.
In order to study the aging resistance of pavement modified polyester fiber reinforced concrete, the tests of the carbonization, anti-solar radiation, rain water and sulfate resistance on modified polyester fiber reinforced concrete were performed. The results show that average carbonization depth of polyester fiber reinforced concrete is less than that of ordinary concrete; no aging is shown in the polyester fiber concrete when solar radiation and rain water has effect on it ; the polyester fiber limits sulfate erosion and then effectively elevates the capacity of sulfate resistance on the polyester fiber reinforced concrete. Due to the effect of jet steam, the highest temperature of pavement surface is 178.2 °C which is less than the fusion point of polyester fiber. Therefore, there is no damage on the polyester fiber. It indicates that modified polyester fiber reinforced concrete satisfies the requirements of pavement durability performance.
