摘要
本文较详细地分析了长江九江段决堤的外部因素和内在原因,认为凹岸部位江流的顶冲和弯曲河道单向环流的侧蚀,是决口的外部因素;大量软弱透水地层的存在,是决口的工程地质因素;人工拦江筑坝的阻水效应,加剧了江水对软弱堤基的淘刷,加大了侧向渗透压力;堤内粘土地层复盖浅薄处是管涌的突破口;防洪墙未作基础处理终于酿成了决口的发生。从而提出5条防治对策:进行系统工程地质勘查;采用地下连续墙加固基础;截弯取直,拆除人工石坝;禁绝在河道凹岸采砂,保护堤坡;拓宽防洪通道,设立储料场,备足土石料。
Based on a detailed analysis of the internal and external factors of the Jiujang bank burst along the Yangzi River,the author holds that the river worn action at the concave bank and the lateral erosion of unidirectional circulating current in tortuous channel are the external factors responsible for bank burst, the existence of large amount of poorly permeable strata is the unfavorable engineering geological factor;the water check effect of artificial diversion dam has intensified the sapping of the weak embank- ment by the river water and the lateral percolation pressure,the places where the clay covering layer on the embankment is thin is liable for piping to occur,and foundation treatment has not carried out for the floodwall,leading finally to the occurrence of bank burst.In conclusion,the author puts forward five preventive measures as follows:1.to carry out a systematic engineering geological survey;2.to improve the foundation of the burst by using a diaphragm wall;3.to straighten the river and to remove the artificial diversion dam;4.to prohibit borrowing at the concave bank and to protect the embankment slope,and 5.to widen the flood protection passageway,and to set up a bedding plant for storage of sufficient stone material.
