摘要
HIV-1具有高度的遗传变异性,利用基因分型技术,对HIV-l基因亚型进行分类,得出HIV-l亚型流行特点及其地域分布等,对HIV-l的传播及其流行模式、病毒耐药研究和疫苗研发均具有重要意义。本文综述了近年来HIV-1基因分型相关技术及研究进展,为进一步研究HIV-1分子流行病学提供依据。
HIV-1 has highly genetic variability. HIV-1 genotyping technology has been applied to the classification of HIV-1 subtypes, thus getting the knowledge on the epidemiological features and geographical distribution of HIV-1 subtypes. This has played an important role in researches of HIV spread and its epidemic modes, viral resistance and the development of vaccines. This review focuses on the technology of HIV-1 genotyping and research progress in recent years, which provide evidence for further study of HIV-1 molecular epidemiology.
