摘要
通过总结8例化疗间歇期患者发生PICC导管相关性血流感染的观察和护理体会,发现这些患者PICC导管相关性血流感染的临床表现并不典型,临床上需要及时与感冒、输液反应等进行鉴别。高度重视携带PICC的肿瘤患者每一个感染征兆,正确采集血培养标本,及时采取针对性的治疗和护理措施,熟练掌握不同类型PICC导管的维护技巧,加强输液护理中的无菌操作和环节管理,是预防和治疗PICC导管相关性血流感染的关键。
This paper summarizes the experiences on observation and nursing of catheter-related blood stream infection in eight patients with PICC during intermittent period of chemotherapy. The clinical symptoms of catheter-related blood stream infeetion were not typical,which needed to be distinguished from other symptoms,such as cold and transfusion reactions. The key points in preventing and treating catheter-related blood stream infection were paying close attention to the detection of infection signs,coUect blood samples correctly,take effective treatment and nursing measures timely,master maintenance technique of different types of PICC proficiently,and strengthen sterile operation and process management in transfusion.
