阪崎肠杆菌及与肠杆菌科其他细菌差异比较 被引量:4

摘要 为进一步推动乳品企业对每批次婴幼儿配方乳粉进行阪崎肠杆菌出厂检验,寻求准确,更加便捷、且检测费用低廉的检测方法。选择3种基础肠道分离培养基组合应用进行了研究,分离阪崎肠杆菌并对几种常见的肠杆菌科细菌在5种肠道分离培养基上生物学特性反应差异比较,以及对3种方法所用的培养基分离鉴定结果进行比较。结果表明,3种基础肠道分离培养基组合应用,观察其不同形态特征及生物学特性反应后,可初步判别阪崎肠杆菌及肠杆菌科中不同的属以及同属不同种。3种用于分离鉴定阪崎肠杆菌方法,无统计学差异。该方法分离崎肠杆菌准确、操作便捷、且检测费用低廉,有利于乳品企业对每批次产品进行阪崎肠杆菌监控。 Objective: To further promote the monitoring of Enterobacter sakazakii for each batch of infant formula, accurate, convenient, and low-cost detection method was developed. Methods: three kinds of culture media were combined to isolate E. sakazakii. Enterobacteriaceae and several common intestinal bacteria were cultured in 5 kinds of mediums, their biological characteristics were compared, the three methods (line standard, national standard, this method) were also compared with results of isolation and identification media.Results: Through the com- bination of eosin-methylene-blue, MacConkey and sorbitol-MacConkey media,the morphological and biological characteristics of different media was also observed. Based on these isolation mediums, Enterobacteriaceae can be distinguished into different genera and different species. Three methods used for isolation and identification of E. sakazakii without significant difference (value U =0.1009, P=0.908〉0.05).The methods is accurate and low-cost, easily-operated, beneficial to monitoring E. sakazakii of every batch of dairy products.
