摘要
分析了亳州典型中药材及产地土壤和地下水中氟化物的含量.结果表明,中药材基地表层土壤全氟平均和水溶性氟含量分别在278.4—625.6 mg.kg-1和5.02—16.3 mg.kg-1之间,均值分别为532.8 mg.kg-1和9.88 mg.kg-1.表层土壤全氟平均含量高于全国土壤总氟背景值(478 mg.kg-1),且表现为表层富集.中药材基地地下水埋深在2.5—3.7 m之间,地下水总氟平均含量1.0 mg.L-1,低于无公害中药材生产灌溉水质量标准(<2.0 mg.L-1).中药材中全氟平均含量在25.7—33.5 mg.kg-1之间,含量顺序表现为:牡丹>白氏>白芍>知母>玄参>桔梗>紫丹参,其中以牡丹吸收富集土壤水溶性氟的能力最高,而紫丹参最低.研究结果可为中药材产地环境质量评价提供参考.
The fluoride contents in several Chinese herbal medicines,soils and underground water in Bozhou plantations were investigated.Results showed that the total fluoride concentrations in surface soil(0—20 cm) ranged from 278.4 to 625.6 mg·kg^-1 with a mean value of 532.8 mg·kg^-1,and the soluble fluoride contents in surface soil were between 5.02 and 16.3 mg·kg^-1 with a mean value of 9.88 mg·kg^-1,respectively.The total fluoride concentrations in surface soil were higher than that in subsoil(20—40cm and 40—60cm),which indicated that some fluorides were enriched in surface soil.The mean concentration of total fluoride in underground water in Bozhou herbal medicine farmland was 1.0 mg·L^-1,which was below the irrigation water quality standard(〈2.0 mg·L^-1) for Nuisance-free herbal medicine production.The fluoride contents in several Chinese herbal medicines ranged from 25.7 to 33.5 mg·kg^-1,and followed the order of: MudanBaizhi〉Baishao〉Zhimu〉Xuanshen〉Jiegeng〉Zidanshen.The bioaccumulation factors(BAF) of soil soluble fluoride in different herbal medicines ranged from 2.60 to 3.39.The highest and lowest BAF were found in Mudan and Zidanshen,respectively.These results provide reliable data for the assessment of environmental quality of Chinese herbal medicine farmland.
