摘要
中心不对称的晶体在压力作用会产生放电现象,但是不同的材料具有不同的晶体结构,致使产生压电效应的原因有所差异,因此,对三种主要压电晶体结构(石英、陶瓷和PVDF)压电效应产生的原因进行了分析,并简要介绍主要几类压电材料的发展。
The crystal structure with a center of asymmetry produce a phenomena of electric discharge,but the reasons of piezoel critic effects produced by materials with different structure are diverse.Here,the reasons produced by three mainly piezoelectric cry stals (quartz,ceramic and PVDF) were analyzed.The developments of several main piezoelectric materials are also introduced.
