摘要
幼儿园教育对象的特殊性决定了幼儿园教师的倾听不同于学校教师的倾听。从哲学视角看,幼儿园教师的倾听是迈向师幼视域融合、步入非对象性世界以及实现“我”之“我在性”的根本途径。对幼儿园教师倾听价值的哲学思考有助于我们重视教师倾听的价值,并建构有效的倾听策略。
The specific characteristics of kindergarten children decide that kindergarten teachers listen differently from school teachers.From the perspective of philosophy, teachers' listening attentively is the only way to merge both teachers and children's horizons and step into the non-objectified world. Philosophical thinking of the value of kindergarten teachers' listening helps us realize the importance of teachers' listening and adopt efficient listening strategy.
