摘要
目的:探索"以问题为导向的教学方法"(PBL)在普外科教学查房中的应用价值。方法:随机选取在我院实习医学本科学生128例,将其分为两组。实验组64例,实施PBL教学方法,对照组64例,实施传统教学方法。出科前进行问卷调查和试卷考试,将考试成绩进行统计学分析。结果:实验组成绩明显高于对照组,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在普外科教学查房中应用PBL能更好地提高医学生自学能力,培养临床思维,并充分调动学生学习的积极性和主动性。
Objective: To explore the value of problem-based learning method in the general surgery teaching ward-round.Methods: 128 undergraduate students in our college were randomly selected as subjects to be examined,divided into 2 groups of 64 students each.Traditional teaching method and problem-based learning method were respectively used in the control group and experimental group.Statistical analysis were conducted for the scores of subjective questions and object questions.Results: Comparison shows that students performances in the experimental group were significant higher than those in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion: The problem-based learning method in the general surgery teaching ward-round can enhance self-study ability,form the clinical ideation,stimulate students' learning enthusiasm and subjective motility.
