摘要 通过闪光灯喷雾测试试验和乙醇汽油物性的测量、计算,对乙醇汽油喷雾特性进行了研究,最后使用AVL Fire软件完成低压喷嘴结构参数修改,并对不同喷嘴的雾化效果进行了对比。试验结果表明:混合燃料中乙醇比例增大导致乙醇汽油密度、黏度增大,乙醇比例与表面张力关系不大;喷雾贯穿距随着乙醇汽油密度和黏度的升高而降低,而喷雾角与表面张力的变化方向相反。仿真结果显示,对于低压直喷喷嘴,减小喷孔锥角或者增大喷孔入口处液腔厚度有助于提高喷雾雾化效果。 Though the flashlight spray experiment and ethanol-gasoline physical property analysis,the spray characteristics of ethanol-gasoline were researched.With AVL Fire software,the structural parameters of low-pressure injector were modified and the spray effects of different injectors were compared.The results show that the increase of ethanol proportion leads to the increase of mixture density and viscosity.However,the mixture surface tension has little relation with the ethanol proportion.With the increase of mixture density and viscosity,the spray penetration drops.The spray angle changes in negative direction of surface tension.Based on simulation results,the optimized injector can improve the spray effect.
