三相流化床中硝酸氧化难选冶金精矿动力学研究 被引量:2

Kinetics in the Nitric Acid Oxidation of Refractory Gold Concentrate in Three-phase Fluidized Bed

摘要 以难选冶金精矿为原料,三相流化床中硝酸氧化金精矿反应过程中铁的转化率为实验指标,考察了气速、硝酸浓度、温度和粒径等因素对铁转化率的影响,研究了三相流化床中硝酸氧化金精矿的反应动力学。结果表明:在三相流化床中,铁的转化率受气速、硝酸浓度、温度和粒径等因素的影响。随着气速、硝酸浓度及反应温度的增加,转化率均有所提高,而随着金精矿粒径的增加,转化率降低。三相流化床中硝酸氧化难选冶金精矿符合颗粒缩小的缩核模型,反应活化能为43.2 kJ/mol,属于化学控制。 Taking refractory gold concentrate(RGC) as raw material,the conversion of iron in the nitric acid oxidation process of refractory gold concentrate in three-phase fluidized bed as a test index,influence of air velocity,nitric acid concentration,reaction temperature and particle size on the conversion of iron was studied.The kinetics in nitric acid oxidation of RGC in three-phase fluidized bed was investigated.Results showed that in three-phase fluidized bed,the conversion of iron increased with an increase in air velocity,nitric acid concentration and reaction temperature,but decreased with the increasing of particle size.The nitric acid oxidation of RGC in three-phase fluidized bed is in consistent with shrinking core model.It is chemically-controlled with activation energy of 43.2 kJ/mol.
