摘要
目的建立气相色谱法测定紫金锭中麝香酮的含量。方法使用聚乙二醇(PEG)-20M(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm)毛细管柱,分流进样,分流比为10∶1,柱温:100℃,进样口温度210℃,检测器温度220℃,载气:氮气,流速:4.5 ml.min-1。结果麝香酮在2.48~24.8 mg.L-1范围内呈线性关系,r=0.999 8,平均加样回收率为100.5%,RSD为1.31%。结论该方法简便,重复性好,可用于紫金锭中麝香酮的含量测定。
Aim To establish a GC method for determination of muscone in Zijinding.Methods The capillary column PEG-20M(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25 μm) was used,split injection,split ratio 10∶ 1.The column temperature was 100 ℃,the injector temperature 210 ℃,the detector temperature 220 ℃,with 4.5 ml·min-1 as N2 flow rate.Results The calibration curve was linear within a range of 2.48 ~ 24.8 mg·L(r=0.999 8).The average recovery of this method was 100.5% and RSD was 1.31%.Conclusion The method is simple and repeatable,which can be applied in the determination of muscone in Zijinding.
