摘要 为表明非包容性危害对相关航空条款的符合性,基于碎片能量无穷大的假设,依据非包容性碎片的相关特性,给出了用以评估高能碎片危害的相关程序以及其中涉及的基本概念,进而提出了碎片危害的综合风险和平均综合风险。 In order to meet the relevant Aviation Regulations about the subject,based on the assumptions of the infinite energy of the uncontained debris,the basic items about the analysis are introduced,and the process used to assess the hazards of the uncontained debris are given,then the algorithm of the comprehensive hazard risk and the average overall risk are also established.
