摘要 回路热管(LHP)作为一种两相传热装置,经过多年的研究和发展,技术已经日趋成熟并在航天事业上得到了应用。随着电子器件日益小型化和集成化,其散热问题是一大难题,而回路热管由于其传热能力大,在电子器件的冷却也得到了发展和应用。结合国内外近年来回路热管的发展,总结了回路热管在电子冷却方面的研究进展。 Loop heat pipe(LHP)as two-phase heat transfer device has been researched and developed.Technology about LHP is becoming more and more mature and is applied in the space engineering.Heat dissipation of electronics is becoming difficult to handle with increasingly integration and miniaturization of electronics.LHP because of its excellent heat transfer capability is applied in cooling electronic.This paper summarized research progress of LHP for electronic cooling combining developments about LHP in recent years at home and abroad.
