摘要
介绍了我国城市水污染控制的现状和管理体制以及“九五”计划和建设部规划中所要求的目标，并提出了相应的管理体制和技术经济政策。
The recent status and the administration system on the urban water pollution control in china are persented.The planned goals of urban water pollution control set up in the national ninth five year plan and the program made by the Ministry of Construction are described.Also corresponding administration system and techno economical policy are proposed as well.
