摘要
生猪自动劈半控制系统的设计包括软件和硬件的设计,系统硬件配置包括人机界面(HMI)、可编程控制器(PLC)、变频器、电机及编码器等,系统软件设计主要是解决自动劈半机与输送线的同步问题。本文侧重系统的软件设计,在设计中使用改进的PID控制算法,分别阐述了变增益、积分分离、变速积分等方法的具体用法。本文也描述了自动劈半控制系统的调试情况,通过在人机界面的变量趋势图中及PLC编程软件自带的调试工具中观察各设计变量的数值及其相对变化情况,以判断是否达到设计要求。
Pig automatic splitting control system designing includes software and hardware design,hardware configuration including human-machine interface(HMI),programmable logic controller(PLC),inverter,motor and encoder,This paper particular emphasis on the software design of the system,software design is mainly to solve the synchronization of automatic splitting machine and the transmission lines,in which the improved PID control algorithm is adopted,then respectively describing the variable gain,integral separation,variable speed integration.This article also describes how to debugging the control system,through the variables ' trends in the HMI and the debugging tool in STEP 7-Micro/WIN to observe the data of variables and their relative changes,to determine whether the design meet requirements.
