吸收式汽轮机设计的可行性研究

摘要 以吸收式制冷装置为基础,在发生器出口和冷凝器进口之间增加一个带动发电机发电的汽轮机,来提供装置中所有泵的耗电量并将多余部分外送,将此新型装置简称吸收式汽轮机。吸收式汽轮机主要由发生器、汽轮机、冷凝器、蒸发器、吸收器等部件组成。吸收式制冷和汽轮机联合循环技术可以回收利用工业中的大量低品位废热,而且其所用工质对环境没有破坏作用,同时减少对环境的热污染。对此自行设计的装置进行计算,证明它的可行性。 On the basis of absorption-refrigeration system,in order to make full use of heat,a turbine is added to generate electricity between the export of generator and the import of condenser,providing the power consumption of all pumps in the cycle system.The new cycle system is short for 'absorption turbine'.It is mainly constituted by generator,steam turbine,condenser,evaporator,absorber and other components.Absorbed refrigeration/ turbine technology could reuse a great deal of low-level heat from refrigeration cycle.In addition,the working fluids could keep the atmosphere ozone free from damage.The custom-designed system by oneself was calculated,and it had been proved efficiently.
