摘要
胶合板的质量等级在很大程度上取决于旋切单板的表面质量,为了提高旋切单板缺陷检测的质量和效率,提出了一种基于数学形态学的缺陷图像分割方法,通过形态学算子的作用进行缺陷的分割。试验结果表明该算法能取得很好的分割效果。
Plywood grade is largely determined by the surface quality of rotary-veneer.A defect image segmentation method based on mathematic morphology is presented to improve the quality and efficiency of rotary veneer defect detection.A mathematic morphology operator is used to realize the segmentation of defects.The experiment results show that this algorithm can obtain a good segmentation result.
