摘要
根据铜锍及含铜烧结物料的基体成分特点,提出了用碘量法测定其中铜含量的方法,重点讨论了铁、硫、硅等干扰元素对铜含量分析的影响及消除,并对滴定酸度、介质、速度、盐酸浓度等条件进行了分析,为深入探讨试验方法的可靠性提供了依据。本方法经验证:相对标准偏差在1%之内,不同实验室测定样品结果的绝对误差小于0.3%。该方法能够较好地解决铜锍及含铜烧结物中铜含量测定难的问题。
Based on the matrix composition characteristic of copper matte and copper-bearing sintered materials,a determination method of copper by iodometry was proposed in this study.The influence of interference elements and their elimination,including iron,sulfur and silicon on the analysis of copper were discussed.Moreover,the titratable acidity,medium,speed and hydrochloric acid concentration were investigated,which provided basis for further discussing the reliability of testing method.It was proved that the relative standard deviation(RSD) of this method was smaller than 1 %,and the absolute error of determination results in different laboratories was smaller than 0.3 %.This method could well solve the difficulty for the determination of copper content in copper matte and copper-bearing sintered materials.
