强化混凝调理生活剩余污泥脱水研究 被引量:2

Dewatering of Domestic Excess Sludge by Enhancing Coagulation Conditioning

摘要 化学调理是目前生活剩余污泥预处理的主要方法,而调理剂的选用直接影响到污泥脱水的效果。本章利用不同种类调理剂的优势,通过各种调理剂正交复配组合对生活剩余污泥进行强化混凝脱水试验,发现无机-有机复配调理剂(I-O)脱水效果最佳。同时,使用单一无机调理剂(PC和PS)、单一有机调理剂(PM)和无机-有机复配调理剂(I-O)对长沙某污水处理厂的生化剩余污泥进行室内处理研究。实验表明,在一定的辅助剂C存在下,使用单一无机调理剂PC、PS,经真空抽滤(真空度为-0.85~-0.75 MP),所得泥饼含水率分别77.0%和76.0%;使用单一有机调理剂PM,所得泥饼含水率为78.0%;而正交复配组合的无机-有机调理剂(I-O)可以使抽滤后的泥饼含水率降至65%以下,并且pH值能稳定在6.8~7.2,为污泥后置处理提供了便利。 Chemical conditioning is main method of pretreatment for domestic excess sludge.Choice of conditioner directly affects the effect of dewatering,which determines the quality of following treatment.Due to advantages of different chemical conditioning agents,complex conditioning agent got by orthogonal compound experiment was used for treating excess sludge to dewater.It was found inorganic-organic complex conditioning agent(I-O) has the best dewatering effect.Indoor experiment was done using single inorganic conditioner(PC and PS),single organic conditioner(PM) and inorganic-organic complex conditioning agent(I-O) for dealing with biochemical excess sludge from a sewage treatment plant in Changsha,Hunan Province.Experimental results showed that moisture content of 77.0%,76.0% and 78.0% were got by respectively using single conditioner PC,PS and PM pumping with vacuum of-0.85^-0.75MP,but moisture content of 65% was achieved by using inorganic-organic compound conditioner with certain auxiliariary agent C.Using inorganic-organic compound conditioner can make pH value kept between 6.8 and 7.2,which would provide facility for further sludge treatment.
