摘要
随着换热设备新产品的出现和人们节能意识的提高,各种高效的换热器开始出现在油田生产的供热系统中。现有换热机组的控制几乎全部沿用的传统的PID控制技术,由于换热机组本身固有的热惯性和时滞行为,该控制策略难以解决控制响应速度慢、控制精度低的不足,同时也造成了能源的大量浪费。尝试将模糊算法引入控制策略中,采用模糊参数自整定PID控制方法进行了仿真试验,仿真结果表明,充分发挥模糊算法和PID控制两者各自优点的模糊参数自整定PID控制方法能够得到更好的控制效果。
With the appearance of new heat transfer equipments and the awareness of energy conservation, a variety of high efficient heat exchanger have been appeared in oilfield. However existing heat exchanger units almost follow the traditional PID control, due to the delay behavior because the thermal inertia, it is difficult to resolve slow control response and low control accuracy, also resulted in a tremendous waste of energy. The fuzzy algorithm has been used in the control strategy, the fuzzy parameter self-tuning PID control method was used to carry out simulated tests, the simulation results show that the fuzzy parameter self-tuning PID control method with the respective merits of fuzzy algorithm and PID control can achieve a better control effect.
