摘要
采用常规杂交方法,分别以品种陇鉴9343、陇鉴9811、咸农4号、93保4-4、兰天17号、IR35和陇鉴338为母本,铭贤169和cp20-35-1-2为父本,进行常规杂交,F1代种子单粒播种,在F2代成株期进行芒的分离分析。结果表明,有芒小麦和无芒小麦杂交,各组合无芒与有芒的分离比均符合理论比3∶1,说明小麦无芒受一对显性基因的控制,其中无芒对有芒呈显性性状。
Using conventional hybridization methods,respectively Longjian 9343,Longjian 9811,Xiannong 4,93 Bao 4-4,Lantian 17,IR35,and Longjian 338 as female parent,Mingxian 169 and cp20-35-1-2 as male parent to hybridization,since the cross,access to seeds of F1 generation of single grain sowing,respectively,the adult stage in the F2 generation of the separation of the mountain.The results showed that there is no mount wheat and wheat hybrids,the combination of mountain and there is no separation of mount theory than the 3∶1 ratio of both,the resultsalso indicated that wheat-free on the mount by the control of one dominant genes,of which there are no mountain on mountain is the dominant character.
