摘要
采用硫酸亚铁/异丁醛/甲酸/过氧化氢体系对催化裂化(FCC)汽油进行了深度氧化脱硫研究。具体考察了该氧化体系中双氧水用量、硫酸亚铁用量、异丁醛用量、甲酸用量、反应温度和反应时间对FCC汽油氧化脱硫的影响。结果表明,该氧化体系可以很好地增强氧化脱硫效果,其氧化50 mL FCC汽油的最佳操作条件为:反应温度60℃,异丁醛1 mL,硫酸亚铁0.05 g,双氧水5 mL,甲酸5 mL,用乙腈萃取,乙腈/汽油体积比为1/1。在该条件下,30 min内的氧化脱硫率可达92.39%。
Studies on oxidation desulfurization of the FCC gasoline were carried out through ferrous sulfate/isobutyraldehyde/formic acid/hydrogen peroxide system.The results showed that oxidative desulfurization was greatly enhanced by this oxidation system.The influence of variables on the oxidative desulfurization of FCC gasoline,which contained the amount of hydrogen peroxide,ferrous sulfate,isobutyraldehyde,formic acid,reaction temperature and time,was studied.From the research,the optimal operation conditions to oxidize 50 mL FCC gasoline were obtained: reaction at temperature of 60℃ with component of 1 mL isobutyraldehyde,0.05 g ferrous sulfate,5 mL hydrogen peroxide,5 mL formic acid and acetonitrile/gasoline extraction in the volume ratio of 1/1.Under these conditions,the desulfurization rate could reach 92.39% in 30 min.
