摘要
使用两步法合成出H12P2Mo12V6O62(HPA-62P)、H14P2Mo10V8O62(HPA-82P)、H15P3Mo18V6O84(HPA-63P)和H12P3Mo18V7O85(HPA-73P)Dawson结构的含钒杂多酸化合物,并采用红外光谱、紫外光谱进行表征。以活性炭、二氧化硅为载体,浸渍以上化合物制备出负载型杂多酸催化剂。以二苯并噻吩(DBT)为模型化合物,考察了这类催化剂的氧化脱硫性能。结果表明,H12P3Mo18V7O85(HPA-73P)/C在90℃、5 min的条件下,对二苯并噻吩的氧化脱硫率可以达到73.2%,显示出优良的催化性能。
Dawson-type vanadium substituted heteropoly acids of H12P2Mo12V6O62(HPA-62P),H14P2Mo10V8O62(HPA-82P),H15P3Mo18V6O84(HPA-63P) and H12P3Mo18V7O85(HPA-73P) were synthesized by two step method,and characterized by infrared spectrometry,ultraviolet spectroscopy.Supported heteropoly acids with activated carbon and SiO2 as support,respectively,were prepared by impregnation method.The oxidative desulfurization performances of these catalysts were investigated by using dibenzothiophene(DBT) as model compound.The results showed that H12P3Mo18V7O85(HPA-73P)/C demonstrated excellent catalytic performance in the oxidative desulfurization reaction of DBT.
