摘要
教师胜任力是从事教师职业需要具备的胜任特征的总和,既是评价教师的依据,也是教师培养的出发点。心理学作为师范专业的公共必修课程,应该从优秀教师的胜任特征出发,进行心理学的双目标教学改革:学校要给予合理的科学定位,立足学以致用,改革教学内容;处理好多种教学方式之间的关系;针对教师胜任力的特点加强心理素质训练;改变单一的教学评价模式,增加形成性学业评价的比重。
Teachers' competence is a general standard for educational professionals. It is both an appraisal base and a starting point of training. Psychology course is a compulsory course for all non-psychology majors, so institutions should begin the reform from a reasonable orientation, practical application of learning, to change monotonous teaching models and increase the importance of formative evaluation.
