摘要
介绍中高碳钢盘条表面处理生产线的产能、生产流程及生产工艺控制要点,给出中高碳钢盘条表面处理生产线的剖面图。该生产线采用逆工序溢流酸洗和水洗,酸洗控制ρ(Fe2+)小于150 g/L;磷化控制总酸度35~60点,游离酸度3~7点,酸比5~8;拉拔速度6~7 m/s时,磷化膜厚度控制在10~15μm;皂化温度大于70℃。可处理直径5.5~13 mm、盘卷直径850~1500 mm、最大单卷质量2.5 t的盘条,生产线最大生产能力15万t/a,最高工艺速度为6卷/h。生产线关键的机械手、酸洗工艺槽、隧道等全部实现国产化。
To introduce the production capability, process flow and productive technology control points of medium and high carbon wire rod surface treatment production line, and gives the profile of high and medium carbon wire rod surface treatment production line. This production line uses anti-process overflow pickling and rinsing, pickling controls ferrous ions is less thanl50 g/L; phosphating controls total acidity at 35 -60, free acidity at 3 - 7, acid ratio at 5 -8; drawing speed is 6 -7 m/s, phosphating film thickness controls at 10 - 15 micron; saponification temperature more than 70 ℃ ; to produce single rolling at 2.5 t wire rod with diameter 5.5 - 13 mm, coil diameter is 850 - 1 500 mm, the maximum production capability is 150 thousand t/a, the fast technological speed is 6 roll/h. The key manipulator, pickling tank and tunnel of production line have been localized.
