摘要
公安派出所的绩效考核对推动基层公安工作和队伍建设起到了重要作用。作为业务工作和队伍建设的"桥梁",我国公安绩效考核工作的不足依旧存在。文章以美国行政机构绩效评估的经验为借鉴,找出现阶段公安派出所绩效评估上的不足,并提出改进的方向,为进一步完善公安工作,改善警察形象奠定基础。
The performance evaluation of police station is crucial in promoting grass-roots work and team construction.As a bridge to link professional work and team construction,insufficiency of public security performance evaluation still remains.Therefore,taking the performance evaluation of American administrative organization for reference,this article finds out weakness of present evaluation,points out direction of improvement,and builds up solid foundation for police work and police image.
