摘要 提出一种新的泡沫稳定性评价方法,利用Waring Blender泡沫搅拌器所产生泡沫的析液量与时间的关系求出泡沫的不稳定系数,提出通过不稳定系数的比较来综合评价泡沫稳定性能。同时,评价了阴离子表面活性剂(α-烯烃磺酸钠)和阳离子表面活性剂(十二烷基三甲基溴化铵)复配体系泡沫性能,对体系泡沫量、稳定性及流变性能进行分析表明,DTAB对体系泡沫性能的影响主要体现在AOS低含量,随着AOS含量的增加DTAB对体系泡沫的影响减小。 A new method was proposed for evaluating foam stability.Foam unstablity index (USI)can be obtained by the dates of foam drainage volume and time,which generated by Waring Blender.The unstablity index(USI)can be compared for foam stability.Foaming properties of aqueous solution of blend of sodium alphaolefin sulfonate(AOS)and dodecyltrimethyl ammonium bromide(DTAB)with various molar ratios were investigated. Foaming volume,stability and rheology are suggested to study foam properties.The results show that DTAB strongly influence the system foaming properties at low content of AOS. DTAB slightly influence foam properties of the system,when AOS high concentration.
