摘要
以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚乙二醇(MW=600)和双羟甲基丙酸为主要原料,双酚A作为扩链剂,合成了一种UV固化水性聚氨酯涂料。研究了光引发剂含量、光固化前的干燥条件、固化温度及光照强度对光固化速度的影响。结果表明:干燥条件对光固化速度影响很大,其最佳引发剂含量为5%(wt%),最佳光照时间段为涂装后10~20 min内,固化温度为70℃,随着光照强度的提高,固化速度加快。
The ultraviolet curable waterborne polyurethane coating was synthesized by using isophorone diisocyanate,polyethylene glycol(MW=600),α,α-dimethylol propionic acid and bisphenol A as the chain extender.The effects of photo-initiator dosage,the drying condition before UV irradiating,the curing temperature and irradiation intensity on the curing rate were investigated.The results showed that the curing rate was strongly affected by the drying condition.The optimum technique were as follows:5%(wt%) of photo-initiator dosage,10~20 min of drying time before UV irradiating and 70℃ of curing temperature.The curing rate was accelerated with the irradiation intensity increasing.
