摘要
以基于解释结构建模的流程优化分析方法为基础,结合当前政府招标采购业务流程中的问题特征,提出了基于解释结构建模的招标采购业务流程分析方法,对合肥市政府招标采购流程进行了再造实证研究.
The bidding flow chart optimization based on interpretive structure model is proposed based on the epistemology, methodology of interpretive structure model and the characteristics of the government bidding, Finally, the demonstrative research of business process reengineering for the Hefei government stock bidding is concretely given.
