老年糖尿病患者mAlb和NAG与血糖控制的关系

摘要 目的探讨老年2型糖尿病患者尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)和尿N-乙酰-β-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)变化与血糖控制的关系。方法老年2型糖尿病患者118例,按照糖化血红蛋白控制水平分成血糖控制良好组(HbA1c≤7.0%)和血糖控制不良组(HbA1c>7.0%),分别测定其mAlb和尿NAG的值并进行比较。结果 HbA1c>7.0%与HbA1c≤7.0%组mAlb值的变化比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论老年2型糖尿病患者mAlb变化与长期的血糖控制即糖化血红蛋白水平有显著相关性,而尿NAG与其无关。 Objective To explor the relationship between urinary microalbumin(mAlb)and N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase(NAG)with control of blood glucose in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitu.Methods Acording to the glycated hemoglobin level,118 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitu were divided into 2 groups:the good blood glucose(HbA1c≤7.0%)and the poor(HbA1c7.0%).The level of mAlb and NAG in all the patients were respectively measured and compared.Results The differences of mAlb were statistically significant between the HbA1c7.0%group and the HbA1c≤7.0%group(P0.01).Conclusion There was significant relationship between mAlb with HbA1c in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitu,meanwhile there is no relationship between NAG and HbA1c.
