摘要
广西北部湾作为后发展地区,面临工业化、城市化与环境保护的两难选择,走城市群发展生态化道路是化解发展难题、实现新跨越的唯一正确选择。文章认为,北部湾生态城市群建设既要贯彻以人为本、全面协调可持续发展的城市发展观,立足生态资源优势与特色,实施建设生态广西战略,又要通过区域协调与发展,使北部湾区域形成一个空间结构合理、开放度高、辐射力强、经济繁荣、社会和谐和生态良好的重要国际区域经济合作区。
As a zone of the post-developing,Guangxi Beibu Gulf is faced with two difficult choices：expansion of industrialization and urbanization and environmental protection.Taking the road of the urban agglomeration and ecological protection is the only correct choice to solve development difficulty and achieve a new leap forward.We should carry out development concept of people-oriented,comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development to construct ecology urban agglomeration of Beibu Gulf.According to the advantages and characteristics of ecological resources,we should implement strategy for constructing ecological Guangxi.Through regional coordination and development,the Beibu Gulf region will be developed as an important International,regional and economic cooperative area which is reasonable in its space structure,prosperous in economy,highly opened and of strong radiation,social harmony,good ecology as well.
