摘要
虫草素是蛹虫草中具有药用功能的活性成分。采用超声波技术获得柞蚕蛹虫草虫草素萃取液后,利用固相萃取柱对虫草素进行预分离,再利用反相制备型高效液相色谱监测制备虫草素。试验结果表明,采用固相萃取柱可以高效地分离柞蚕蛹虫草萃取液中的虫草素,虫草素洗脱液中的虫草素质量分数达47.05%,经反相高效液相色谱监测制备的虫草素样品纯度达到99%以上,其萃取、分离、制备工艺简单,具有实用价值。
Cordycepin is the active ingredient of Cordyceps militaris that has medicinal functions. After cordycepin extract of C. mffitaris was obtained by ultrasonic technology, pre-separation of cordycepin was conducted by using solid phase extraction columns. Then, preparation, detection and monitoring of cordycepin were done by reverse-phase preparative high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that solid phase extraction column could efficiently separate cordycepin from extract of C. mffitaris. The content of cordycepin in cordycepin extract reached 47.05%. The purity of prepared cordycepin from reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography was above 99%. The above extraction, separation and preparation technology was quite simple, being of high practical values.
