摘要
由于沥青洒布车的智能化程度对于洒布效果及路面性能具有重要影响,在分析智能沥青洒布车的控制要求的基础上,设计了基于PLC和触摸屏的智能沥青洒布车控制系统,并分别介绍了其硬件组成及软件设计。应用表明,该系统可实现对洒布宽度、洒布量的精确控制。
Due to the significant influence of asphalt distributor＇s intelligent level on the distributing effect and pavement performance, a control system for intelligent asphalt distributor based on PLC and touch screen was designed in terms of the analysis on requirements of control of asphalt distributor, and the hardware composition as well as software design was introduced. The application shows the system can accurately control the distribution width and amount.
