摘要
采用纸培法对多花木蓝(Indigofera amblyantha Craib in Not.)种子进行盐胁迫试验,设置了0(CK)、2、4、8、12 g/L 5个浓度梯度的NaCl溶液及NaCl+KCl溶液进行处理,置于光照培养箱中对其进行观察,并测定其发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数等指标。结果表明,低浓度的盐溶液可以促进种子萌发,高浓度的盐溶液则会推迟种子发芽,当盐浓度大于8g/L时,明显延迟种子发芽时间;在盐浓度较高(12 g/L)时,发芽率仍然能达55%~70%左右,但高浓度下的发芽质量较差;多花木蓝种子的发芽率、发芽势等指标均随盐浓度升高而呈下降趋势,其中,NaCl+KCl溶液浓度为12 g/L时,种子发芽率最低,清水及NaCl溶液浓度为2、4 g/L时,种子发芽率最高。不同浓度的盐溶液胁迫对发芽率等指标的影响都达到了极显著水平。
Filter paper and culture dish was used to cultivate Indigofera amblyantha Craib in Not.seeds under salt stress. Five different concentrations of NaCl solution and NaCl+KCl solution stress were used to deal with the I.amblyantha seeds: 0(CK),2 g/L,4 g/L,8 g/L and 12 g/L.Culture dishes were placed in an illuminating incubator;and the germination rate, germination trend,germination index and vigor index were determined during the experiment.The results showed that high concentration of salt solution would postpone seed germination process.When the salt concentration was higher than 8g/L,the germination time was significantly delayed.In high salt concentrations like 12g/L,the germination rate was still able to achieve 55%to 70%,however,the germination quality was poor.The germination rate,germination trend and other indicators declined clearly as the salt concentration increased.The seed germination was at the lowest point when the concentration of NaCl+KCl was 12g/L.Meanwhile,2 g/L and 4 g/L NaCl solutions in water,the seed germination rates were on the highest level.The effect of salt stress with different salt concentrations on the germination rate reached the significant level.
