摘要
目的探讨不同条件下一氧化氮合酶(NOS)阳性神经元在脊髓背角浅层的分布及数量变化,分析脊髓背角浅层NOS阳性神经元与针刺镇痛的关系。方法应用还原型尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸脱氢酶反应,观察在正常情况下、疼痛刺激下、电针刺激下及疼痛加电针刺激下NOS阳性神经元在脊髓背角浅层的表达。结果正常组脊髓背角浅层有少量NOS阳性细胞;疼痛刺激组NOS阳性细胞数目较正常组增多(P<0.01);电针刺激组NOS阳性细胞较正常组无明显变化(P>0.05);疼痛刺激加电针刺激组NOS阳性细胞数较疼痛刺激组明显减少(P<0.01),而与正常组相比无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论抑制疼痛刺激引起的NOS阳性细胞数目增多,可能是电针镇痛的机制之一。
Objective To study the distribution and changes of nitric oxide synthase(NOS) positive neurons in the superficial layer of cornu dorsale medullae spinalis at different conditions and analyze the relationship between NOS positive neurons and acupuncture analgesia.Methods The expression of NOS positive neurons in the superficial layer of cornu dorsale medullae spinalis were observed when animal is normal,pain stimulated,electro acupuncture stimulated,and pain+electro acupuncture stimulated with the method of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphoric acid-dehydrogenase.Results There were a few NOS positive cells in the superficial layer of cornu dorsale medullae spinalis in normal group.In pain stimulation group,the number of the NOS positive cells increased compared with the normal group(P0.01).Compared with normal group the number of NOS positive cells in electro acupuncture stimulation group did not change(P0.05).Compared with normal group,the number of NOS positive cells in the pain +electroanalgesia stimulation group did not change(P0.05),however,the number of NOS positive cells decreased significantly(P0.01).Conclusion Inhibition of the increase of NOS positive cells by pain stimulation maybe one of the mechanisms for electroanalgesia.
