摘要
本文就聚氯乙烯挤拉吹成型工艺提出了适用的生产配方、生产工艺条件;实验证实:采用挤拉吹成型工艺所生产的瓶子其表面光泽、透明度和强度等性能均好于挤吹法生产的瓶子,配方中不需添加增强剂,制品壁薄、重量轻,降低了生产成本。
The article has put forward the properly commercial formulation and production technical condition on PVC extrusion-stretch-blow moulding processing. The experiment proved that the bottle made by extrusion-stretch-blow moulding had glossier surface, higher transparency and strength than that made by extrusion-blowing. No impact modifier was needed in the formulation. The Light and thin wall product reduced the production cost.
