摘要
介绍了油田水无机结垢的原因和危害,重点介绍了3种油田水无机结垢室内测试方法。指出静态试验法、动态热阻法、石英微天平快速测垢法,都能不同程度地测出油田水的配伍性、结垢情况、最优工况。文中进行了防垢剂性能评价,并对3种方法的特点和适用情况进行评述。
The paper introduces the causes and hazards of the inorganic scaling of oilfield water and presents three methods especially for testing the inorganic scaling in the lab:static test,the dynamic thermal resistance method and the quick monitoring of the scaling characteristic by quartz crystal microbalance.It is pointed out that these methods can detect the compatibility of oilfield water,the situation of scaling and the optimal working condition to some extent by assessing the performance of anti-scaling agents.It also reviews each of their characteristics and applications.
