摘要
为研究织物中纤维含量、组织系数及织物紧度对织物散湿性能的影响,以PLA/棉织物为对象,通过测试计算织物失重率及散湿斜率,探讨了PLA/棉织物的散湿性能。结果表明,织物的散湿性能随着织物中PLA质量分数的增加而有所提高,组织为2/2左斜纹的织物散湿性能较好,织物紧度的增加不利于织物散湿性能的提高。
In this paper,both weight-loss ratio and slope of moisture gain were tested in order to give an explanation of the influences which were left on the performance of moisture gain of fabrics by the three elements including the content of PLA,compactness of fabric and weaving coefficient.The result shows that moisture gain of the fabric is fairly relevant to the elements mentioned above respectively.The moisture gain improves as the growth of the increased content of PLA,2/2 left hand twill performs better than other weaves,and the compactness of fabric plays a negative way in influencing on the performance of moisture gain.
