摘要
当下中国,在主体仍然处在准现代社会形态的同时,后现代的消费文化已不可避免地渗透到社会生活的方方面面。通过历史和现状的梳理,以及对现今比较具有代表性的深圳卫视蔡澜系列饮食节目的着重分析,试图探究在这样的社会文化大背景下,电视媒体中的饮食节目形态和理念经历了怎样一个发展历程,而这些发展变化和可能的趋势与消费文化又有着怎样错综复杂的联系。
Today China is still in a quasi modern society while the culture of postmodern consumption has inevitably gone into all aspects of the social life.This paper,based on the history and current situation,tries to analyze the serial nutritional programs by Cai Lan on Shenzhen TV which is typical nowadays,and to probe into the development process of the patterns and concepts concerning nutritional programs on TV under the cultural background so as to discover the complex relationship between these developments and the culture of consumption.
