教师培训机构介入校本培训的必要性及其作用探析

摘要 目前校本培训在实践中出现诸多亟待解决的问题,教师培训机构作为引领教师专业发展的专业研训机构,有必要在校本培训制度化建设、培训方案规划与方案的制定、培训资源开发、培训者队伍素质的提升、校本培训校际交流和校本培训评价体系构建等方面予以有效的介入。 As a new form of teachers) in--service training, School--based Training isn't working very well at the moment. To make School--based Training more efficient, teachers ' training institutions should undertake the responsibilities for collaborating with schools in making training plans, collecting curriculum resources and improving trainers' ability, etc.
