摘要
固体火箭发动机包覆层质量直接影响到发动机的工作性能,对包覆层表面缺陷检测系统的研究具有重要的实际意义。针对某型号固体火箭发动机,提出了包覆层表面缺陷检测系统的设计与实现方案,包括硬件和软件的组成和部署;采用了电气自动化和图像模式匹配等技术,实现了包覆层表面的自动拍照、缺陷检测及缺陷信息的保存;依据图片的几何学特征和光学特征等,实现了缺陷检测算法。在此基础上开发的火箭发动机包覆层表面缺陷检测系统已经成功地应用到了现实的检测中。
The quality of cladding directly affects the performance of rocket motor, the research on detection system for surface defects of rocket motor cladding has important practical significance. According to a certain type of sohd rocket motor, the design and implementation scheme of a detection system for surface defects of rocket motor cladding has proposed, including the building and deployment of hardware and software; By adopting the techniques of electric automation and image pattern matching, we implement the auto photograph of cladding surfaces, defect detection and conservation of defect information. According to the geometric and optical characteristics of the pictures, the defect detection algorithm is implemented. Based on'the above plan, the defect detection system for rocket motor cladding is developed and is used successfully in practical detection.
