摘要
采用单因素试验和正交试验,对微波法提取芫根多糖的工艺进行研究,得到了最佳工艺条件:料液比1∶24,微波处理时间10min,微波功率450W,浸泡时间90min。在此条件下,芫根多糖的提取率为9.13%。试验结果显示微波法与热水浸提法比较,具有提取时间短、提取效率高的优点。
Extracting polysaccharide of Tibetan turnip by microwave method was studied by using single factor test and orthogonal test.It is concluded that the optimal conditions of extraction were solid-liquid ratio 1∶24,and the extracting time 10min,and microwave power 450W,and soaking time 90min.Under these conditions,the yield of polysaccharide was 9.13%.The results showed that the method of microwave extraction have many advantages over the hot water extraction,such as shorter time and higher yield.
