舍饲不同生长阶段山羊小肠组织学观察 被引量:2

摘要 为了给山羊舍饲提供基础性的组织学理论依据,试验应用普通石蜡切片H.E.染色的方法对60只山羊的小肠进行了组织学研究。结果表明:小肠固有膜厚度舍饲组厚于放牧组,肠绒毛高度舍饲组高于放牧组,隐窝深度舍饲组浅于放牧组,肌层厚度舍饲组薄于放牧组;绒毛高度随舍饲月龄延长而有所降低,固有膜、肌层厚度的变化没有特别的规律性,隐窝深度随舍饲月龄延长而有所变浅。
