摘要
七大战略性新兴产业正处于新的创新周期,如能通过持续的产品创新和工艺创新形成主导设计,将构建起我国新的产业创新能力和产业结构。针对战略性新兴产业的技术体系、创新模式、主导设计、产业规模、市场环境等方面的分析表明,当前重点发展的战略性新兴产业多数处于孕育期或成长期。应根据不同产业的阶段性特征和产业关联度,制定综合规划,选择相应的科技投入方式、组织形式和政策手段。
The Seven strategic emerging industries are in a new strategic innovation cycle.Through persistent product innovation and craft innovation that lead to dominant designs,newly innovation competence and market structure will be built.After analyzing the technology system,innovation modes,dominant designs,industrial scale and market environment about the strategic emerging industries,this paper points out that most of them are in ferment or growing phase.The government should draft some composite plans and chose appropriate scientific and technological input mode,organization form and policy means according to the characteristics and relationship among different industries.
