摘要 本文研究了ASC/PVC塑料合金的性能、形态和组成比的关系,观察到所制ASC/PVC合金为亚微观两相结构,因而具有优良的冲击性能。共混组分对合金的物性有显著影响,当PVC由10%增加到80%时,缺口冲强度、Tg、MI分别由26.0kJ/m^2下降到5.6kJ/m^2、104.5℃下降到94.5℃、2.5g/10min下降到1.2g/10min,静弯曲强度、拉伸强度和布氏硬度分别由54.1MPa上升到81.2MPa、20MPa上升到41MPa、62.7MPa上升到102.9MPa。填料CaCO_3量为20%时缺口冲击强度约下降50%,但仍达到11.6kJ/m^2,可满足一般需要,熔体指数下降到0.4g/10min,仍可进行挤出或注塑加工。所得ASC/PVC塑料合金的主要技术性能基本达到国内通用型中抗冲ABS树脂和国外类似产品的指标。本文还研究了共混及成型工艺对合金物性的影响。 The dependence of composition of ASC/PVC plastics alloy on the properties and morphology had been studied. The resultsshowed that the alloy was of submicroscopic two-phase morphology, and had a very good impact resistance. The content of PVCin the alloy had a marked influence on the alloy properties. When the content increased from 10% to 80%, the notched impactstrength, Tg and Ml decreased respectively from 41 kJ/m^2, 104. 5℃ and 2. 59g/10min to 5. 6 kJ/m^2, 94.5℃ and 1.0g/10min. The static flexural strength, tensile strength and Brineel hardness increased respectively from 51 MPa, 20MPa and59. 8MPa to 81 MPa, 38 MPa and 102. 9 MPa. The notched impact strength decreased to 11. 6kJ/m^2, decreased about 50%,when CaCO_3content was 20%. The alloy could still be used for extrusion or injection moulding when Ml decreased to 0.4g/10min. The main technical standard of the alloy had come up to the standards of general-purpose ABS resins ofmedium-im-pact grade in China and abroad. The effects of blending and moulding technology on the properties of the alloy were also studiedin this paper.
