摘要
在现代政党政治中,政治合法性是一个政党执政的基本条件,其来源主要有四个方面,即:意识形态、领袖魅力、统治绩效、民主选举。中华人民共和国宪法从法理上赋予了中国共产党执政的合法性,从历史变化看,中国共产党执政合法性的主要来源经历了从以意识形态为主向以领袖魅力为主转变、又由以领袖魅力为主向以统治绩效为主转变的演变历程。当前,如何加强民主选举制度建设,继续增强中国共产党执政合法性基础显得非常必要。
In modern party politics, political legitimacy is the basic condition for a party＇s governing and it usually originates from the four aspects such as ideology, the glamour of the leader, governing performance, and democratic election. Jurispruden- tially, the Constitution of PRC has endowed the CPC with governing legitimacy. Historically, the chief origins of the CPC~ gover- ning legitimacy have gone through the transitions from ideology orientation to the leader＇s glamour orientation, and eventually to governing performance orientation. At present, it is imperative that democratic election system be promoted and the foundation for the CPC＇s Governing Legitimacy be further strengthened.
