摘要
氧化锌烟尘浸出液中氟含量较高,研究了分别采用MgCO3、MgSO4、Mg(OH)2及MgO以MgF2沉淀法脱除氟,对比了4种含镁化合物的脱氟效果,考察了以Mg(OH)2为除氟剂配加少量硫酸铝时,温度、时间、酸度、用量对除氟效果的影响。结果表明:添加3 g/L的Mg(OH)2,配以适量硫酸铝,控制温度在50~55℃、时间2 h以上、pH=5.4条件下,氧化锌浸出液中氟质量浓度从0.736 g/L降至0.443 g/L。
Removal of fluorinion from zinc sulfate solution leached from zinc oxide dust using MgCO3,MgSO4,Mg(OH)2 and MgO respectively was investigated.The effects of temperature,time,concentration of sulfuric acid,dosage of additives on defluorination were determined.The experimental results showed that the content of fluoride could be reduced from 0.736 g/L to 0.443 g/L under the optimum conditions.
