摘要
针对某铜冶炼厂重金属、氟、砷等有毒、有害元素含量较高的酸性废水,研究了先硫化、后石膏化沉淀处理工艺。在优化沉淀条件下,先硫化后用石灰石沉淀得到石膏产品,其质量达到用户要求;处理后的水质达国家一级排放标准。该工艺可有效治理冶炼含酸废水。
A novel process is put forward for treating acidic wastewater containing heavy metal ions、F-、arsenic in a copper-smelting plant by sulfide-gypsification precipitation process.The precipitation conditions are optimized.The results show that the gypsum product quality satisfies with consumer's requirement after sulfidation reaction precipitation,the water product can meet with the national primary discharge standard.
