摘要
为降低JSFA288型精梳机噪声及振动,运用MATLAB编程设计对该精梳机分离罗拉传动系统进行运动模拟,分析了噪声、振动产生的原因并对分离罗拉传动系统进行了优化设计,并将优化前后的传动机构进行了装机对比试验。结果表明:优化后的分离罗拉传动机构噪声和振动较小,车速为350钳次/m in时,整机噪声降低4.5 dB,振动减小20.8%,且车速越高效果越明显;有利于改进梳理质量、提高车速,改善车间工作环境。
To reduce the noise and vibration of JSFA288 comber,comber detaching roller drive system was simula- ted through MATLAB programming design. Causes of noise and vibration were analyzed, detaching roller drive system was optimized and designed, then contrasted with original drive device. The results show that noise and vibration are lesser when the drive device is optimized. The whole machine noise could be reduced 4.5 dB and the vibration could be reduced 20.8% when the machine speed is 350 nips per minute. The effect is more obvious when the machined speed is faster. After optimization, carding quality could be improved, machine speed could be increased and environment in workshop could be improved.
